A light filled, sunny, ground floor holiday apartment, with a spacious garden, just a stone's throw from Southbourne beach. The apartment sleeps 6 in total in three bedrooms, has its own private entrance and is ideal for a family beach getaway, cycling enthusiasts or dog walkers.
Neighbours: our apartment is not suitable for parties or loud music. A charming young family and their dog live upstairs. Their flat, including the front garden, is their permanent residence and we respect their privacy and their right to enjoy their home without interruption or noise.
Entry is directly into the living room which has a smart TV with access to Netflix & Amazon Prime. There are lots of board games & jigsaws in the cabinet and a jigsaw mat is tucked behind the sofa. Sliding doors open onto the large, west facing garden.
Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, with new Eve hybrid mattresses, and the third room is laid out as two singles which can be linked to make a third king bed.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, takeaways or eating in the garden, with patio doors providing easy access.
The garden: table and chairs, cushions, parasol and reclining sun chairs are provided. Have a look in the cabin or garage where you'll find buckets & spades for the beach, a wheelie basket and a garden game.
There's parking for one car on the driveway with further free parking on the road outside.
We're happy to accommodate a well-behaved dog (on a case by case basis), but politely ask that they are kept in the living areas and are not permitted in the bedrooms or on furniture as Peter is asthmatic. If additional cleaning is required this may be deducted from your deposit.

There's storage space in the garage which, subject to maintenance, should be available for your use. Please enquire when booking.
